For me, photography has never been about lining everyone up and hoping for a perfectly timed smile. What I care about is everything in between. The shoe that falls off mid-pose, the teenager who pretends they’re too cool for this but still leans in closer than they realize, or that small grin between two people that comes from being completely at ease together.

Those are the moments worth holding onto. The small, unpolished pieces of your story that say more than a stiff pose ever could. My hope is that when you look back years from now, you’ll see more than faces on a page. You’ll see your family, just as it was, and all the love that came with it.
